HWS Colt Army Cartridge Conversion

Brand new release from HWS in Japan we have secured a few of this very special model. fully detailed, strippable, great barrel address markings, wood grips, Gun is made from HWABS with many steel/zinc parts. These are made in small numbers and very hard to find, but good quality, These are brand new models.
A front venting model that comes boxed with instructions, 6 cartridges that 7mm caps go inside for firing, a truly unique gun, a unique piece of Colt history ! Engraved cylinder scene, the ejector rod rides in a cam-cut housing to allow for quick ejection of the empty cases. All cases ejected smoothly with the ejector rod completely clearing the cases from the chambers.
Model is based on the Mason-Richards conversion. Mason left Remington Arms in 1866 to work for Colt as the Superintendent of the armory.
Along with Charles Richards, Mason patented designs to convert percussion revolvers into rear-loading metallic cartridge revolvers.
Those converted revolvers are identified as the "Richards-Mason conversion" Please see the pictures ! A RARE PIECE!
